The prescribed diet was wheat & egg free, vitamins & B12 injections. After a year on this there was very little improvement.
Having read an advert about Spirulina I decided to try it out. After three months there was a slight improvement and after six months I was a different person.
and could actually function without falling asleep in a middle of a meeting or dinner which was hugely embarrassing.
I still take Spirulina but do notice the difference when I stop using it for a while which I tend to do for a month or so.
